• Access to the location is via code 2004#, to be entered on the illuminated keypads, valid both for opening from the outside and from the inside of the driveway gate, and for opening the internal door of your house. The balcony can be close only from the inside with a latch for your privacy

• Breakfast must be chosen in the Reserved Area of ​​the site by logging in with your credentials (or alternatively in the dedicated button of ​​this page), before of 6:00 pm, to allow us to prepare the selected products. You can choose between consuming it in your room, in the breakfast area in front of the Reception or at the various tables available on the site. Breakfast will be served at 8:30/9:00, unless there are special needs.
• Each apartment has a kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge and sink and related dishes and accessories available for your needs. Feel free to use what you need by setting everything up before your departure.
• During your overnight stay, housekeeping service will not be performed unless you specifically request/need it.
• If you need Wi-Fi, the D-link network is available, the password is as follows: dduja73854. The TV is connected to the Wi-Fi network.
• The temperature regulation and the hot/cold/dehumidification delivery modes of the split in the living area and the inverter in the sleeping area must be set with the same remote control for both. It is not possible to set requests to the two machines that are different or in conflict with each other (even if one of the two can remain off); the signal must be given to both by bringing each of them closer, otherwise the system blocks. There may be a few minutes delay in the execution of the request by the machine.
