HAWAIIAN MASSAGGE
Lomi lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage that uses a combination of massage techniques, nut oils, and sometimes elements of prayer, breathing and dance to restore energy and soothe the body. It is also known as the ‘loving hands’ massage. This name helps to explain its principles – the massage works gently yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes, allowing the recipient to relax and give in to the nurturing touch.
Lomi lomi works from the belief that memories are not just stored in the brain and mind, but also in every cell of the human body. The long, continuous strokes of the massage are designed to help the body let go of its old patterns and behaviours, which can cause as many stresses and strains as muscle tension.

CERVICAL
The back-neck massage is the classic treatment for office workers to get rid of stiff muscles caused by frequent computer work.
You feel how the tension between shoulder blades, your neck and chest is turned into a light feeling of agility. You experience an intensive treatment of all connected muscle groups and fascia (connective tissue) around your spine.
We solve your pain in the lower back “magically” by stimulating the vertebrae, loins and fine muscles around the vertebrae and unblocking fasciae. Don’t be surprised if your headache is gone too.

ANTI-CELLULITE MASSAGE
Slimming massage is an intensive massage performed for both women and men. It is an effective technique to reduce fat tissue accumulated locally, cellulite and improve the figure. It helps to slim the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, hips, arms and even the back.
The main task of the anti-cellulite (slimming) massage is to reduce the thickness of the subcutaneous fat by stimulating the metabolism. Stimulation of microcirculation and reconstruction of the microarchitecture of subcutaneous fat during the massage allows you to completely get rid of cellulite and improve the appearance of the skin. It is similar to other traditional massage techniques, while also incorporating Māori wairua.
Mirimiri means “natural gift” and encompasses a person’s physical as well as spiritual wellbeing. Practitioners follow in the footsteps of their “Tupuna” ancestors, dating back hundreds of years. A Finnish sauna is a type of sauna that harnesses the power of dry heat. Unlike steam rooms, also known as wet saunas, moisture and steam are kept at low levels in a Finnish sauna. In fact, the humidity is typically kept around 5-20% and the temperature is set around 80-100ºC.
This is what sets the Finnish sauna apart from other baths and saunas like the:
Tropical bath: temperatures average 50-75ºC with an ambient humidity of roughly 20-40%.
Biosauna: it has an average temperature of about 50-60 ºC and a humidity level of about 45-65%.
Russian sauna: temperatures are a bit higher, ranging between 60-90ºC, with humidity levels around 60-70%.
Steam bath: here, temperatures usually reach 40-50ºC, although the humidity beats the rest and is set at 100%.

MASSAGGES AREA
Holistic massages use the idea that all of our body parts are intrinsically connected, and that the health of one part of the body can be benefitted from overall health in the rest of the body. Therefore, holistic massages don’t just focus on one part of our body. For example, if you have a problem with your knee, a holistic massage will help the overall health of your entire body.
Holistic massages use various strokes and methods to benefit the entire body. Your masseuse may also use aromatherapy and other oils to enhance the therapy experience.
